Unity Cork Yoga Mat

I originally had the Native mat and my new Unity mat is awesome. Like the thickness difference. This was my 6th Yoloha mat purchased. I’ve used many different brands mats and Yoloha is by far my favorite.

The quality seems very good as it hasn't started coming apart yet after about a month of solid use (full sweat, 4-6 classes a week).
The only thing I would advise is not to slide tops of feet in upward dog or do very extended forearm planks with knees to elbows because I got "yoga mat burn" from the surface being a pretty rough texture.
I do like that it feels like it may last a bit longer than the standard cork mat because of the blend of rubber so it's a give and a take in some ways.

This mat is by far my favorite that I have tried from Yoloha. The rubber surface provides a grip that I have never experienced before. I usually slide on my mat but this helps me stay sturdy. 10/10 would recommend it.

By far the best mat I’ve used for hot yoga. I get very sweaty and when other mats turn into slip and slides without a towel this thing just gets grippier.

I would recommend the Unity Cork Mat to anyone that wants a cork mat with lots of grip, even when you are using it for hot yoga.

I love this yoga mat. It’s firm yet soft enough for my knees and it grips well throughout the whole session. Sometimes I sprinkled a little water for the hand and foot areas for extra grip at the beginning, feeling unsure, but I no longer do that now that I‘ve learned to distribute weight better in down dog. It’s my hands down favorite mat now.

We bought this for HIIT workouts and weightlifting exercises in our home gym. It’s very high quality and sturdy but still comfortable enough for a yoga practice as well.
