Hot Power: A fun, mixed-level, heated power vinyasa flow where you will be given the opportunity to physically push yourself if you're up for it! Plenty of modifications will be offered, this is a great class for anyone who's up for a challenge. Hot power heated to 85-90 degrees.
Align and Flow: Breath, foundation, alignment: this is an all levels vinyasa flow done in a slower more foundational way with plenty of opportunities for modifications to make this class accessible for everyone!
Radiate and Meditate: This is an open level class that gives students the opportunity to explore body, breath, and mind. The class will have elements of both invigoration and relaxation; designed to leave practitioners feeling in tune and complete.
Yin: A meditative style of yoga composed of long holds. Heated 80-85 degrees, the asanas are held anywhere from 2-10 minutes, and are designed to go beyond the muscles and superficial tissues, stimulating connective tissue and fascia in the body. This opening, slow-paced style of yoga is powerful for increasing flexibility, patience, self-acceptance, and creating balance in our busy culture. All levels welcome.
Katonah: The term “yoga” means to join, to form a union, to yolk, or to balance. All yoga is yoga and all of us need all of it. This class incorporates a little bit of everything. Vin to Yin starts with around 30-45 minutes of a yang style vinyasa flow to work all of the muscle groups, incorporate breath work, and warm the body. The remainder of the class is imposed of a yin, deep stretch, and restorative series that will get into those rigid areas of the body, and focus on the more meditative, cooling, and still side of the Asana practice. This challenging, opening, and energizing class is a well rounded way to begin your day.
Free Community Class: Offering a free weekly class is our way of giving back and making this practice accessible to our entire community. This class is truly all levels- the only requirements are an open heart and an open mind!
We offer yoga mats, straps, blocks and yoga wheel rentals. Our cork yoga mats are available with different thickness and sizes for every yogi. There is filtered water on tap. We recommend bringing a bottle and towel if needed.
Hot yoga classes are between 85-90 degrees. Non heated classes are between 72-78 degrees.
You bet! Classes are open to all levels and modifications will be given as needed. We do recommend that raw beginners show up early to talk to the teacher about form and alignment.
Please sign up in advance whenever possible to ensure you have a spot. If you are signed up and cannot attend, you must cancel no later than 2 hours before your scheduled class time in order to open a space for someone else. If you fail to cancel in time for your class or are absent, you will be charged for that class (either the class from your pass for 5 and 10 class pass holders or $10 for unlimited members).
Doors will be open 15 min before the start of class. We lock the door 5 minutes into class but please show up 5 minutes early.
