Refund policy

We stand behind our products with an easy 30-day return policy. Return shipping is Free for all USA states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and USA territories. Please note that the shipping cost on the outbound shipment is not refundable.

Keep Your Packaging

To be eligible for a return, items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Returns sent in alternate packaging may incur a $10 fee (deducted from refund).

Inspect Upon Arrival

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. You have 10 days from delivery to report any shipping errors or damages.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

Let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and make things right. Email photos and a brief description of any damages, defects, or shipping issues to info@yolohayoga.com

International Returns

If you are located outside of the U.S., the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. please keep in mind that the customer will be fully responsible for checking that all applicable duties and taxes would be charged to them directly if any should arise. If Yoloha is requested to pay for additional taxes upon the arrival of your returned merchandise, we will refuse the parcel and it will be returned to sender.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns must be free from damage, and/or dirt/marks. Yoga mats improperly packaged in return boxes (folded and/or creased) are subject to partial refunds.
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, try before you buy, yoga mat cleaner, or yoga mat grip sprays.
  • Return shipping is FREE for all items except the following due to size and weight: Cork Bolsters, Cork Floor Mats, Nomad XL Yoga Mats, Unity XL Yoga Mats, and Unity Pro 84" Mats.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.

Make a Return

If your order was placed within 30 days and you would like to start a return,  CLICK HERE 

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

5. Select a return reason and click to request a return. You will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
