Don’t use as often as I expected. Yoga instructor has hardwood floors in studio and does not appreciate spraying water on mat to improve grip.
So far I'm loving my new cork mat. I have several yoga mats but nothing light enough to consider a travel mat. The Nomad Air is perfect for that. It's thin and durable, just like me. I can't wait to see where I'm going to take it to further my practice in nature.

The Nomad Air is actually designed to be that thin, in order to be able to be folded and placed in a suitcase, used in a cramped hotel room, on top of a studio rental mat, on its own, or outside on the beach or in a park.
