If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. No questions asked.

How to Return

Email us at [email protected] and we will respond you within one business day. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or paypal account used for purchase. Yoloha is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized products, e-gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Typically takes 12 hours for transfer to process.

Personalized Items

Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
