Balance and Unity Nomad Air Cork Yoga Mat

I love the feel of the cork, and I love the beautiful design. I walk to yoga class, so it’s great that it rolls up to be small and lightweight. It’s not very cushy, and at first I thought it might not work, since I’m pretty bony, but the thinness turns out not to be an issue. If portability weren’t a priority, I might choose a slightly thicker mat, but for my circumstances, this mat works well. Once I start my practice, I am comfortable and supported.

I’ve used the Mat everyday since it arrived. It’s perfect for travel and easy to clean.

This is hands down the best yoga mat I've ever had. Perfect for someone doing vanlife, because it doesn't blow away or curl when it's windy! The lines help with alignment, the symbol in the middle helps with balancing, and the colors are mesmerizing when up close and personal with the mat (which is often). Recommending this to everyone I know.

I've had this mat for more than 6 months and it's worked well for me. the mat is durable and stylish, and is great for hot yoga or yoga outside as it absorbs your sweat and gains grip. Highly recommend
