Living a healthy and fit lifestyle has always been an important part of my life. Growing up I was a competitive gymnast, and I always enjoyed helping teach young and new gymnasts. As an adult I found that yoga was a great way to reconnect to my gymnastic days. I had tried different styles of yoga then one day I attended a Baptiste Yoga Class and I fell in love! It wasn’t long after that I signed up for the RYT 200 hr. program.
I started yoga to help with depression , stress, panic attacks and recovery. I love to share how much yoga has helped me.
I am on the leadership team at Shine Power Yoga facilitating teacher trainings as a Mentor and a Shine Ambassador. I lead yoga with the Yoloha Yoga Wheel classes ,workshops and trainings.I have also attended Level One and Level Two Baptiste Trainings. I have a BIG heart for service and helping others.
