Mitch started coaching in 2010 and has spent the last 10 years in the fitness industry with a majority of that time dedicated to Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, and Functional Fitness.

“I was never the biggest, fastest, strongest, or best athlete growing up. But I always prided myself on being the hardest worker in the room and leading by example. The weight room, the gym, working out… it will always reward hard work. It’s a place that requires absolutely zero talent to get better. Where hard work, dedication, discipline, and consistency will pay off time and time again. Effort is between you and you… always has been, always will be. The gym has changed my life in so many ways and I want to help as many people as possible do the same. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and as a community, it’s my goal to #BuildStrongerHumans”

Mitch’s tenacity, perseverance, and quiet force speak volumes. He exemplifies the power of simplicity, commitment to sheer effort, and the fundamental principle of rewarding hard work. His #DoTheWork rule is just that, and we dig it!
