Margaux was introduced to yoga in 2007. Dealing with personal obstacles, Margaux used yoga as her way to strengthen her body and her mind. She fell in love with yoga, and continues to practice various styles such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, Bikram, Restorative and Ashtanga. Margaux graduated from a 200-hr Iyengar Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2014 and teaches at a few studios in New England. She loves to explore a variety of postures in her sequencing to make her classes unique every time. When she’s not in the studio Margaux is in the process of obtaining her Master’s in clinical social work with the goal of opening up a wellness center dedicated to people struggling with eating disorders. When she’s not on her mat, you can catch her enjoying any activities that involve the ocean and the mountains!
