Yoloha uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure.

What is your return policy?

Our mats are NOT stored in plastic wrap and rolled up for months. We leave our mats flat until the day they are ordered for two important reasons. Each mat is carefully inspected by hand to ensure the highest quality and the day you receive your mat it rolls out perfectly flat for your first practice.

We are a small family business that firmly believes and stands by all of our handmade yoga products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund or exchange within 60 days. No questions asked.

Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.

Do you cover lost, stolen or damaged orders?

Yoloha is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

FREE SHIPPING $75+ ON U.S. ORDERS

Shipping is FREE on orders $75+ to all lower 48 USA states.

All other shipping costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers. Please visit your cart or checkout page for current shipping rates.

Will I receive by order by December 25th?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping and Delivery Times

USA Delivery Times for Standard (Free) Shipping:

Typical delivery time is 3-7 business days. Free shipping may take up to 2 weeks during high volume times.

Canada and Mexico Delivery Times

4-8 days standard | 1-3 days express

All other International Delivery Times:

6-10 days. Please be aware customs may hold your package for a longer period of time.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most locations around the world. If placing an order and shipping is not available for your country email us at [email protected]

Are there duty and tax charges on international orders?

The shipping costs do not cover duties and taxes to countries outside the US.

In some cases dates/taxes will be due when you package arrives. These rates vary depending on the total of the order and the location it’s being delivered to. Please consult your government website for a duty, tax, or VAT estimate. Our products are classified as “sporting goods, exercise equipment”.

What do you ship your products in?

We are committed to caring for our planet. The mats are shipped in recycled cardboard boxes with minimum packaging materials. We never use plastic! Accessories are wrapped in recycled Kraft paper. Please recycle these materials so they come back around for us to use again!

How do you take care of your cork mats and accessories?

For general cleaning we recommend using the Detox Spray or a natural cleaner once a week with light use or after each practice with heavy use, especially in hot yoga. Detox spray keeps your gear looking fresh and removes the build up of your body’s oils which can decrease grip over time.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan.

Any grip tips?

The cork surface increases grip when wet. Use a Grip Spray or sprinkle water on your mat where your hand and feet go before practice for added traction.
